monitor or the pc ???

the pc works with one monitor but not the other however when i plug the monitor which is not working into another pc it works perfectly fine???
One monitor is 60hz asus 27" monitor
The other is msi optix g24c 144hz
The specs are I5 8600K, MSI h370 bazooka, 16GB DDR4, gigabyte 1080 turbo, 1TB HDD, 500GB M.2 SSD, 650 watt PSU. Windows 10 64 bit.

The MSI monitor doesnt work and the asus does
Both were plugged into the GPU

Make and model monitors? What video ports are you using: motherboard, GPU?

Dual monitor setup? I.e., one monitor working, the other monitor not working but does work on another pc - correct?

Are you using the same cable(s) or otherwise know that the existing cables are indeed working?
