Question Monitor Orange Light

So, my monitor does that: When i turn on pc with graphics card... It doesnt work.. Just Orange Light.... Without graphic card... It doesnt work either.. It just shows no signal...im having this problem two days... Cant fix it still... Tried replacing ram.. Video card... But nothing

Please include the make and model of your PSU and it's age. What was the last thing you did on your system, assuming this isn't a newly built system whereby you're not seeing anything on display after build...? Did you try a different display cable connecting to the system and your display?

i dont know much about psu.. I only know its really old.. And has 300W... Last thing i did that I let the computer for 8 hours straight on... Then i shut down and doesnt work.. Also nothing seeing on screen.. Completely black.
Now my keyboard and mouse stopped working.. I fixed it that way.
: pulled out my gpu.. And turn it back... But Now no..
Another display. Cable... No, because my monitor only supports.. Dsub and DVI..
But i cant have dsub because my graphics card.. Wants hdmi or DVI so i choose dvi
