I googled this and MANY people have this problem but I havent seen a case like me.

I've been using my computer for a couple weeks and everything was fine..

Now since today, when I turn on the computer it says Monitor Out Of Range.
its an Asus VH192D Monitor, and a eVGA GTS 450 Graphic card.

The display only comes back when windows (7 pro 64 bit) starts.

Id try fixing it in Bios or Safe Mode etc.. but I cant since I dont see my screen for that part in the process

Try to reset the BIOS to defaut. Remove wall power, remove BIOS battery for a few seconds, try booting again.

I have never seen this error come up during the BIOS, only when Windows loads and is set to a too high refresh range or resolution for the monitor to support.
