Monitor overclocking to 100hz

I overclocked my 60hz monitor to 100hz @ 1080p resolution and it runs smoothly when i try to go over 100hz it shows "input not supported"

Is it safe to use my monitor on 100hz or should i change it few lower frequency.
I am using Aoc d2367ph 3D monitor
Max resolution 1920x1080@60hz.

running monitor above spec will definitely degrades the panels at the faster rate.

how much depends on the panel quality, certain panels are more durable than others.

it is AOC d2367ph 3D monitor, 4ms reponse time and IPS panel.
