Monitor Overscaling Asus 22t1e

Hello guys , I have got a tv/monitor and it is overscaling by itself. I did solve it by adjusting the custom resolution in nvidia drivers , but the thing which is the problem is that when I did that I no longer have 1920x1080 resolution in games. It is 1826x1026. I tried some registry stuff and so on. In my monitor settings I have got a resolution options locked and I didn't manage to find how to unlock it. It is shown as hdtv. I need your help on how to make windows not see it as hdtv. If you clicked here and want to say that it is impossible , just don't comment please. Please try to help me with setting it in registry etc. I tried setting this but it didn't helped.: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Video\{21BC8C2D-6BFE-4DA3-8302-996777ECE4EC}\0000]
"OverrideEdidFlags0"=hex:04,69,f4,27,00,00,ff,ff,04,00,00,00,7e,01,00. Any other ideas?
