I just bought a refurbished monitor with a new tube in it (Samsung
SyncMaster). When I first turn it on the screen is slightly
shaky/jingly/watery; however you want to phrase it...
It only seems to last a few minuits, then it stabilizes. Is this normal, or
should I worry?
