Monitor Pixels after booting (PLEASE HELP!)

My computer won't boot ! But BIOS WORKS? I have BenQ 2220HDA and when i boot my PC,screen shows pixels and goes black! Or sometimes only shows pixels (black and white).My gpu is okay i guess because it works on another smaller monitor.But my BenQ monitor doesn't even work on another PC! But it works when i am in BIOS? I used for 1024-1080 resolution for playing CS GO (black bars),it is my custom resolution,and i wanted to click something else on monitor but apparently i clicked AUTO ADJUSTING. And then my screen gone black...Im so disturbed and i feel so stupid and bad.So please help me if you have any other ideas..I don't know how to reset monitor resolution,this is really old monitor but good for me.What should i do?

I fixed it! I opened Counter-Strike Global Offensive from another monitor,then i connected my main monitor,then i again pressed auto adjust and resolution went back.
