I just purchased a new PC. Below is the configuration :
CPU : i7-8700k
Motherboard : Asus TUF Gaming Plus
CPU fan : Cooler Master M610P
PSU : Corsair VS650
RAM : Crucial 8 GB DDR4 2400 MHz
Monitor : Benq 24 inch with only VGA port.
This motherboard doesn't have a VGA port. It have DVI and HDMI ports. My previous motherboard had a VGA port. So I have a monitor with only VGA port on it. I purchased a VGA to DVI converter and plugged everything in and switched my PC on. But my monitor is displaying "No Cable Connected". I can see my PC is switched on and everything but just monitor doesn't show anything except that. I took out my CMOS battery and RAM and reconnected it after 2-3 minutes but still it said the same thing. Please advise as I was very excited about my new PC and now I can't seem to work my way around this problem.
