Monitor Plugged into GPU but using Integrated Graphics

Pretty much what the title says. The fan's running just fine on the GPU, I've converted BIOS to use PCIe as the standard, and my PSU is brand new with 850w, which should be more than enough to handle my MSI r9 390.

Enter catalyst control panel and change the gpu that it uses.
