Question Monitor Power ON and System Unit Power ON but Nothing on Monitor Screen

Hi Guys,

In my Desktop, Monitor is ON (LED lights up) , System Unit ON (LED powers up) But there is nothing on Monitor screen.(Data cable is plugged)
When I plugged in a working Mouse it lights up first and gets OFF.

What seems to be the problem guys ?

How the heck would anybody know without even a hint of your hardware ??.
