Monitor problem [HELP]

I dont know why my monitor has this problem:

It looks like there are small lines between each pixel. Is there any fix ?

I have arleady tried changing HDMI cable/port.

dont see any problems tho, it looks fine, i pretty much only saw pixels

Hope you can now see the difference.
I moved the same windows to the center of the screen (where the display is not damaged).

As you can see the display looks to be a little bit reddish and pixelated.

Photo 2 is also not shot as close as photo 1 and the pixels are MORE visible.

i think that red ish color issue is caused by the settings, and i think the pixel more visible only because the color and it is a common thing if the pixel really visible especially if you are using a tv that doesnt really have sharp image quality. try using display color calibration settings in windows or maybe try to reset the tv settings
