Monitor Problem Vertical lines

mSo every time im surfing the web or playing video games and there are black colors my moniter starts to show vertical lines static lines on the lest side of the monitor only.

That is the panel of your monitor beginning to fail.

The same thing occurs in LED televisions. The repair cost is typically more than replacing the monitor.

Here is a video on the topic. Sometimes you can fix the problem (for a while) by reseating the ribbon cable over the problem area of the display.

I reconnected every thing it fix it for like 10min and then it started again every time i turn off the disaply wait a few min and turn on again it fix but for only 10 min
maybe i do need a new monitor

That is my recommendation.

I had a TV do this. It lasted a few months and then died.
