[SOLVED] Monitor Problem

I have a 1920x1080p 144 Hz Monitor. I wanted to test it out a bit and went on a youtube video that was 1080p. I went into the settings and made sure that it was 1080p. On small screen, it looked fine but when I went into fullscreen it didn't look anything like 1080p, it looked blurry and just overall the quality is quite bad and once again the quality was not 1080p even though the settings were 1080p and the video was also claimed to be 1080p.

How can I fix this issue and why did it happen?

Youtube is not a good way to test visual quality

Download a video with 1080p and use the media player classic to have a look
