Question monitor problem

when I start up my pc a part at the top of my screen is brighter than the rest of it and as time passes playing on the pc this part gets brighter and and glitchy like this photo in microsoft office 2019 ، sorry its a bad resolution.
I need answers.

Screen is bad, only thing you can do outside of replacing it is test it on different systems with different connection types, but chances are you need to replace the monitor.

Isn't there any other solution because I cant replace it

the screen isn't black and white I made it like that the problem is just bright top part
