Question Monitor Problem

My monitor suddenly went with like this while watching videos. I really don't have funds right now to afford a new monitor. Can this still be fixed, or there's no hope?

From the looks of it, your LCD in the display went bad. This is common in all displays. It looks like it is an older display and it's at the end of it's life. I would recommend you getting a new monitor.
