Question Monitor Problem

I just bought the AOC G2490VX. It's a FHD 144hz VA 24" Monitor. I used the maxed refresh rate when I played Valorant and I noticed something. Sometimes, it makes certain things that moves bleed, reddish shadow or tracer. Sometimes it's fine. Is this normal or not?

Yeah it has it. I put it at Medium.

Off, Weak, Medium, Strong, Boost but Boost is blacked out font and it can't be chosen for some reason. I'm using custom profile, not the presets.
