Monitor problems or GPU broken?

Lately in some games I've been playing, the textures give off a blueish or red or even greenish tint to them. Sounds like it would be a GPU problem right? So assuming that I did all the basics (cleaned card, took it out, put it back in, re installed drivers, etc) and the problem persisted. So I tried to output to my TV instead of monitor, and weirdly enough, it all stopped. In every game it occured it, all the weird texture coloration stopped. Tested my monitor with all the different ports on my card (all DVI ports and HDMI ports) with a bunch of different cables, and no matter what it kept happening. I could only test the HDMI port since it's the only one my television had, and it all went away. I even recorded it on fraps and viewed it on my monitor, and then PC, and the weird textures were gone. What could be wrong?

Monitor is an Acer GD236hz btw

Hello,

Please try only the monitor's D-SUB input (the analog input) and see if the problem persists.
