Monitor overclocking is what you are after then. And you don't have to limit yourself to 1024x768. Plenty of monitors out there that will run faster then specified.

Well, i guess i didnt expressed my self correctly.
There are monitors that at 1920x1080 have 60hz, but when you change res to 1024x768 you get 75hz, im asking if there is a monitor with the same style or similar
