I have 2 monitors connected on my 7750....One with DVI and the other one with HDMI...

The one connected on the HDMI, is with a coverted coming from a VGA monitor...

Every once in a while..i hear the USB-Connection sound from windows, and my monitors go black for 2 secods....and then they come back to normal

Im having this issue at least ONCE a day.. and im not sure whats causing the problem

faulty monitor? faulty adaptor? or faulty graphics card?..

P.s one time i had a blue screen after the black screen flickering....

Can you guys help?

Thanks in advance

If you got the money do it. Wouldn't hurt the situation worst case scenario its still broke but its got uber fast load times 😀 But be prepared to buy a new gfx card just incase. Does you motherboard not have onboard if so remove your graphics card and see if it still blue screens if so then it probably is your hdd
Hello again

I have replaced my old monitor with a new one i got from a friend...I connected the new monitor with HDMI from graphics card to DVI...
For 1 day i didnt got a single black screen until today....
Today though was NOT a black screen, but a blue one....
I was just watching streams on twitch...i wasnt playing any games or anything

yeah..i think so..i bought a new Motherboard and CPU 2 weeks ago...and i did a fresh win 7 installation with all drivers...so my answer is yes...
i really want to test every possible solution to this before buying new graphics card, because i dont have money for new one right now

Try totally uninstalling your video card drivers from "Programs and Features" (Catalyst software) in control panel and also uninstall from "Device Manager" (find you video card under display adaptors right click and uninstall) so at this point after a reboot device manager display adapter name should say your card is Standard VGA or something like that and see if the display still turns off without any video drivers installed if so its your card if not your video drivers need either rolling back or updating.

I talked with some ppl over at a computer shop and they told me it might be my HDD,,, its a 5year old disk...samsung eco green, What you guys think? should i just switch over to an SSD?
