My Issue:
I recently built a new computer and it appears to work fine for the most part however i have been having problems with the signal to the monitor cutting out.
System Specs:
Mobo - MSI H110M pro-vh
CPU - i3-6300
GPU - Rx-470
PSU - Evga 650w BQ
RAM - 2x4GB Crucial Ballistix Sport
HDD - WD Blue 1TB
OS - Windows 10 Home
At random times during use the signal cuts out with the monitor displaying the message 'no signal'. The only way to fix this is to reboot the computer.
So far i have been unable to find a fix. I have reinstalled my GPU drivers, and tried a different monitor but neither of these things have fixed the issue.Note: I also know that the issue is computer related and not monitor related as the monitor work's fine when my laptop is plugged into it.
Edit: I have now tried using the integrated graphics from my CPU and this appears to have fixed the problem, this leads me to believe that the GPU is the issue but it is also possible that the problem is the PCI-E slot on the motherboard. Is there any way to tell what the problem is? I do not have another PC that i can put the graphics card in, only a laptop.
Any help/suggestions in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
