Monitor recieves no signal from newly built PC

I have recently built my new PC and my monitor is a 1920×1020 with only VGA female input.
SPECS
Nvidia 1050 Asus strix 2GB
IntelCore i5-8500
B360-F Gaming Motherboard
2×4 DDR4 RAM
ThermalTake 700W power source
The thing is that when i start the PC all the fans start running, all the lights pop up and the GPU's fans start spinning for a while then suddenly stop whyle the monitor says "VGA No Signal" I tried all the solutions, switching the rams, removing pieces the placing them back, removing the GPU and plugging the monitor to the Motherboard's integraed Graphics Card. NONE worked.

I am using a VGA male plugged into a VGA female adaptor with a DVI 24+1 Output that goes into the PC

This is the third issue I have with this PC and right now I am in a desperate situation with urgent help needed.

If you have not already done so, install a mini mobo speaker ($ 5) in your mobo, so you can hear the warning Beeps of the mobo.
