Question Monitor recommendations

Hello! So I am looking at monitors for gaming and I have found so many options and I'm not sure on whats good or not. Does anyone have recommendations on what monitor I should get? My budget is about $200.
Edit: my friends and dad also keep telling me to get a 1440 monitor, I am not sure if its worth it or not and also if a 1440 monitor with good gaming specs are in my budget.

CPU: Ryaen 5 3600
Motherboard: msi b450 tomahawk
Ram: 2x8gb 3200
SSD/HDD: 1 250gb ssd and a few hard drives
GPU: 580 8gb
PSU: cooler master 800w
Chassis: phanteks p300
OS: windows 10 pro 64bit
