Monitor resolution cut off desktop

I cannot see my taskbar or my window bar where the exit button is. How can I fix this?

There should be an auto-adjust button on your monitor. If not, enter the menu and set the edges manually.

There is nothing like that on my monitor. My monitor was not like this before and it is not like this on xbox.
