Monitor Resolution Not Right

I am using one 24" insignia TV (1920 x 1080) as my main monitor and some dell monitor (1600 x 900) as my second. My second monitor is fine but, my main monitor has edges cut off, like it's zoomed in a bit. I had a temporary solution where i would press windowskey + p, and set it to my second monitor only and then back to extend and it seemed to fix it until i restarted my computer. I'm looking for a permanent solution. Windows says in display settings that my main monitor is currently 1920 x 1080 and all my graphics drivers are up to date. pls

Seems that since my monitor was a tv, it was set on cinema mode which zooms in a bit.

Yeah TV's usually have to be in a certain mode to work right with PC's, I have to switch mine to 'native' mode.
