monitor response from idle

I have a problem with my monitor. My screen is closing (the classic time out , when you are not touching the pc and the monitor is turning off). When i am moving the mouse to turn on the screen , it needs about 3-4s, i dont know if its about response time or something like that , is it normal or do i have to change any settings ?
monitor LG W2361 (wired with DVI)
cpu intel i5 7500
gpu gtx 1060 3gb (palit)
ram 8gb
ssd 240gb corsair

Seems like a normal monitor wake-up time to me.

Sounds like normal to me. Monitor is going to sleep and it just needs time to wake up.

i had an old monitor before this , 17' lg square 1280x1024 max resolution and i didnt have that problem , after moving my mouse the screen was turing up in 1-2 sec , my computer its not turing to sleep , my monitor just shuts down.

I'm not surprised that it would vary a couple seconds from one monitor to another. If it bothers you, you can adjust how long the computer has to idle before turning off the display.
