My computer was working good,but when i turn on my pc today.it shows 'No signal' also mouse and keyboard not working but my gpu fan is running.so i connect my monitor cable to motherboard it works.is the problem is with my gpu or psu..whenever i connect my gpu to psu monitor says no signal

My Pc Spec :
cpu : i5 4670k
gpu : xfx r9 270x 2gb
psu : antec vp 650 pv2
motherboard :Asus Z97c
Ram :8 gb
