Monitor says 'NO SIGNAL' when i play games

Monitor says 'NO SIGNAL' when i play games, it runs normally without any issues when just using my PC to do other things e.g browse internet, talk on Skype. I need help ASAP thanks for the time.

check the gpu temp it could be going out on load try gpu-z on the render tab and monitor temp using hwinfo .

how do i know what temp it has to be?

if on load the stay below 70 c max there should be good on idle should be around 35 c .
