Monitor says no signal

I just replaced my motherboard and now my monitor keeps saying no source. I have the Asus rog strix b250h motherboard. I plug the display into my gtx 1060. The gpu is working because the fans are on so I don’t think it’s that. Helppp!!!

full system spec? if you take the gpu out does it work with the igpu?
