Monitor says no signal

I have tried about everything I went through the whole guide on how to fix it. Also I have tried 2 different gpus on my monitor with a vga cable because my monitor doesn’t have a hdmi cable and they both said no signal and I tried it on my tv with a hdmi cable and it said the same thing no signal. The wierd thing is my pc powers on all lights come on, in my pc like the motherboard lights and the fan for my gpu and case fans and cpu fans all are running. Idek what to do anymore if you have any tips to fix or know what the problem is and how to fix it please let me know.

System specs?

Make and models of GPU's, make and model of monitor and TV?

Do the GPU's work in other computers?

Did you try the motherboard's internal GPU?

Will the monitor and TV work with other input devices? Have you tried swapping video cables with known working video cables?
