I am not well into computer hardware or software.
I have a Ryzen 3 CPU, GTX 1060 3gb GPZU, Samsung syncmaster bx2250 monitor, corsair vs350 psu, 500gb samsung ssd, asrock ab350m pro4 motherboard and 8gb ddr4 ram.

My pc monitor has been going black and while still on but the PC is also still on. The sound either skips, continues playing or stops. It is fixed every time from a manual restart. I have checked the system logs and researched everything it says in there but to no avail I have tried both HDMI ports also. CPU and GPU are both on the lower end of the 50 degrees celsius. It happens even with nothing open. Opening side panel stopped it for a while but then it started again much longer than the usual time before it happens (~5-10mins). Have tried the RAM only dont have spares of any other spec and no integrated.

Hope you can help.

First thing I would guess is the lower quality and low wattage power supply. Corsair VS models are not made for gaming systems, and you picked one with just about the minimum possible wattage for your system. Start with replacing that power supply. CX-M model 450 watts or higher would be good. Seasonic M12II models are also often on sale in the $50 range are are a good deal at those prices https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151093
