About 4 weeks ago i built my first gaming PC, however after installing latest windows 10(v1909) and updating drivers my peripherals keep shutting down (but all fans, PSU and GPU LEDs are still active) after random periods of time - It can be 2 minutes or 15 minutes after turning on my PC. The only way to switch it off when that happens is to flip the switch at the back or unplug power cable. I tried using another PSU but the problem still persists. This problem only occurs when i installed a driver for my GPU, no matter what version it is. Such never happens when using Microsoft's Generic Display Driver. May someone please help me?

Note that i already tried clean installing Windows multiple times and uninstalling previous drivers that might've been installed)
Components: (All of them are new, less then a month old)

GPU: XFX Radeon RX560 2GB

okay I'll buy a better PSU and test it. my country is on lockdown so most shops are closed. It will probably take a week or more to get my hands on one.
What PSU would you recommend for my PC? Mid-range prices.

I'm having the exact same issue! I built my rig 2 months ago. Everything has been going relatively fine when all of a sudden my computer got extremely slow and then restarted itself. When is reboot (after showing the BIOS screen) the screen is either just black or shows no signal. Most of the time, the keyboard and mouse turn off as well. A couple of times, I was able to boot into safe mode and uninstall the graphics driver, but the moment I reinstall, even with an older version, it never makes it through the instal process and goes black screen. I have wiped and fresh installed Windows 10. The computer will work until installing the graphics driver. System restoring to a point before the graphics driver install has the computer working again. I just tried swapping out the PSU (Seasonic Focus 850W Fully Modular Gold) with no change. I just submitted an RMA for the GPU, but I'm not really sure what the issue is at this point....

CPU: Ryzen 9 3900x

PSU: Corsair RM 850W Fully Modular Gold
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super
