Question Monitor screen goes black while gaming ?

When I am gaming, after a random period of time I have 1 of 2 scenarios occur.

1. PC stops working meaning the screen goes black, all audio stop, USB ports aren't working. My PC fans stop but the lights are still on.
2. PC stays on but all of the ports on my motherboard stop working including ethernet and USB.

I tried running UserBenchmark but got "missing GPU". Then I ran 3DMark Speedway Stress Test which we passed with 98.9% score.

test your psu with occt and made sure all driver are the latest one use hwinfo to check power values with temp and fans speed .

Thank you for taking the time to help me! I did a BIOS update and I think that fixed it.
I played for the past hour and the PC did not crash.

This morning the computer went back to the same problem where the ports including USB & ethernet stopped working. I restarted the computer and still the ports were not working.
I had to flip the power switch from the back of the PC to restart the computer and get the ports to work.

Please let me know if there is anything else you can think of.
