Monitor Screen Goes Black

Hello!
I own an Yakumo 17XJ. 3 days ago I noticed that the screen tends to go black after 2-3 seconds and it doesnt come back.
Turning the monitor On & Off gets my screen back but it goes black again...
The power led is still GREEN.

Somehow I manage to fix it when I connect my PC to my TV and then back to the Monitor. But it is not permanent fix, when I turn off my PC and turn it back on it does the same black sreen thing :<.

Why is this hapening?
Can you help me fix it? Or I need to buy a new monitor?

How old is the monitor? I was having a similar issue, mine would come on at boot and after a few minutes go black. I had to replace the monitor.
