Question Monitor screen has a thin line of blank pixels

I found an old monitor (HP ProDisplay P201) I wanted to use since it's larger than my current monitor, I set it up and the first thing that caught my eye was what seems to be a thin line of dead pixels on the right side of the display (you can see it in the image link below that I tried to attach from imgur, I hope it's working). is there some type of error with resolution / refresh rate or are they actually just dead pixels with no way of being fixed?

Probably just dead pixels, see if the pixels appear on another monitor. Does the line disappear when you switch applications? Do you see anything where the line is when your monitor is off?
