Question Monitor screen is full of vertical bars & lines at first boot of each day ?

Hello guys,

every time i start the computer for the first time each day the screen is completely tearing for between 5-15 minutes.
After that its absolutely fine..

Monitor: Samsung 24' CFG73
GPU: Gtx 1060 6gb
CPU: Intel i5-10600K
RAM: 16gb 2666mhz
PSU: Corsair VS650

Hello,

Psu is corsair vs650. First monitor is connected via DP (hdmi had same results)
my second monitor works perfectly fine (connected via DVI cable)
