Question monitor screen protector double image

Hi, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask

i got a screen protector for my monitor but it comes away from the monitor itself and i can see the image on both the monitor and the screen protector that makes it hard on the eyes.

its mounted with 4 under bezel tabs (2 on left and right) and 4 adhesive strips (1 in each corner)

so. fix the adhesive strips

well ive brought a new kit of adhisive strips adn put one on tob and bottom middle whish has mitigated the problem to the point that its not noticeable, thanks for the great advice
