If your game is running at a fixed or vsync'd 60fps, then you shouldn't have screen tearing. However, if you can't run it locked at 60fps, then you'll get some screen tearing. From my own experience though, anything above 60fps on a 120hz screen looks fine even if it does tear here and there. It's not as bad compared to running on a sub 120hz screen.
