I use a 32' tv as a monitor and for some reason the resolution seems to change on restarting the icons have move to the left and some are off the screen ,also my task bar only comes up half way .
and I have to play around with the nvidia setting my card is GTX 1060 6g and the driver is 26.21.14.3200 Would any one know what the problem is and how to fix it?It is set a 1920 X 1080 and 30hz refresh rate at the moment .
