Monitor set as "Generic Non-PnP Monitor" , need help

I have an Asus VW223D 22'' monitor and Windows 10. Under device manager it detects it as Generic Non-PnP monitor. When I enter fullscreen in some games the only supported fullscreen resolution is 1366x768, no higher or lower resolutions work and when I try running them, the "Out of Range" is shown on the monitor. I desperately need help, as it has been in this state for longer than half a year. I have latest drivers for my Intel HD Graphics and before that happened everything ran well.

I tried it already and it doesn't even recognize my monitor. It's just multiframe software.

its an asus monitor asus have outstanding help why not ask on there forum I am sure you will get all the help you need.
