Hello, so I have monitor that I sold to some marketplace. I had no problem with this monitor when using my older PC (i3-4130, 4gb ram, gtx 750 then gtx 1060 3gb, windows 7), I also tried using this monitor using my newer PC (ryzen 5 2600, 16gb of ram, gtx 1070, windows 10).

After few minutes idle, the monitor shows "no signal".
He tried to move the mouse, keyboard, etc. still not working.
He also said that the only way for monitor to display again by unplug the computer power adapter and plug in again.
Power management setting is "never sleep computer" and in device manager he already enable mice to "allow the hardware to wake up computer" and still not working.
As far as I know he's using windows 10 and HDMI cable

So I wonder why this is happening?
I read many article, the reason from "no signal" is mostly from computer, not from monitor.

Monitor: Philips 222TE6QB

Solution
In "Power Options" there is a separate setting for "Turn off the display" after a few minutes.
