Monitor showing "No signal" after a random time

Hello guys,
I have a problem with my monitor/video card and I don't know why.

When I'm using my PC, suddenly my monitor stops working and shows "No signal" after a random time (no matter what I'm doing), and I'm forced to reboot my PC. When I do it everything work well, until I get another time that error. Sometimes it happens after two minutes, sometimes it happens after three hours... it is just random.

I have 358.87 NVIDIA drivers, my videocard is a Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti and I'm connected to monitor via DisplayPort. My monitor is an Acer XB270HU.
I tried to change the DisplayPort and to return back to previous drivers version but nothing changed.

What is the problem?

check with a 3 party program like hardware info 64 set it to logging and sensor see if the 12v rail of your power supply is bad. if it not your supply then your monitor may be the issue. tried the monitor on another input???

Also run memcheck to rule out a hard crash caused by memory errors.

+12V rail of the PSU seems to be fine.
My monitor (Acer XB270HU) has just one input (DisplayPort)... I tried to switch between the 3 DP input on my GPU, but nothing changes...

I already tried to format my SSD and to make a clean install of Windows 10, but this matter persists.
I really don't know which is the problem...

Do you refer to CUDA-MEMCHECK?
