Question Monitor showing no signal

So as title says monitor doesn't show any signal but fans are spinning and leds are working normally.Its not monitor fault because i checked if its working properly.Tried different slots for ram,tried with one stick still nothing...since i have two PC's i tried with different PSU and still nothing,its a real nightmare.Please someone help if anyone knows,thanks.

A couple of things which you have no doubt done so apologies in advance. Make sure the GPU is seated properly in the slot and that the power cables are in properly. Double check your HDMI or displayport cable is in on both ends.

If it is a Intel CPU, try running from the internal iGPU to see if that works.

Also it would be good to know your full specs in CPU, Motherboard, RAM and PSU...

Thanks for reply,and yes i did checked cables and changed different slot for GPU.Specs are following:Rx 5700
Amd ryzen 7 2700x
16 gb ram
Mbo Strix f450 gaming
Corsair 650 m PSU

Btw when my pc is turned on i try to turn it off on power button and it cant.Keyboard is lighting for 3 seconds when i press random button but mouse doesn't light up.Probably MBO fault?
