Question Monitor shows black screen, no error shown ?

I recently got a new motherboard and cpu, replaced them with both along with current other specs

Mobo is Gigabyte GA-AX370-GAMING K3 CPU is Ryzen 5 Quad core
Was displaying and had all of my data from my SSD's but now after turning it on again, it's not displaying anything through an HDMI to my tv.. Just shows a "_" in a random spot then stays at black, any suggestions on what the problem might be? I can access BIOS and Boot options

Which Ryzen 5 exactly do you have, 3400G? Also, usually with a new motherboard, it is advised to do a clean install of Windows. (after backing up your data.)
