Question Monitor shows 'Cable not connected' in power saver mode.

Hi,
Not an earth shattering problem, but my monitor shows 'Cable not connected' when it is in power saver mode.
The monitor is an Acer S273HL, I am using the HDMI connection and the on board graphics on a Gigabyte Z390 motherboard.
I am running Windows 10 with 16GB of RAM. I have tried different cables and reloading the video drivers.
Is there something obvious I'm missing? (Happens often enough!)

Is there any issue after or you are just annoyed by the message? If there is no other issue it might be monitor's fault/feature.

It is really only an annoyance, but i didn't mention that previously I had a GeForce GTX 285 video card which had DVI D sockets. I used a DVI to HDMI adapter onthe monitor, and when the monitor sleep time was initiated, the screen went blank With the HDMI to HDMI connection, I get the message. I was just wondering???
Not much else to do in lockdowm sfter a few months - all the important stuff is done, now I'm on to the trivial stuff.
