Question Monitor shows going into power save mode everytime I turn it on

I just upgraded my HP PRO 3000 MT cpu and ram. Before the upgrade it work fine, but now when I turn it on, I couldn't really use it because the monitor only show "going to power save mode" and it went dark. (The fan and led is still working) I've try to reset the cmos by reinserting the battery but that doesn't work
Any help would be appreciated

Do you hear Windows through your speaker or headphones. Just because the Fans spin and the LED's work doesnt mean your PC boots up

Do you have a on board speaker/beep speaker? If so is there a error message? Like a long beep or short beeps or normal POST beep

I don't have either of those so I couldn't know, sorry
