Monitor shows no signal

Specs asus mobo p8p67
Ram kingston 4gb
Cpu intel i5 2500k
Nvidia gtx 470
Psu cooler master 650w silent pro

Recently cleaned my pc for dusts. Then when booted up ..had burning smell and a spark went nearby ram. On inspecting a cap square in shape marked 1 r 2 near ram place was extremely hot. Cpu fan stopped working. But when i exchanged its header to system fan it works fine. Is mobo fried? Monitor keeps showin no signal. When turned on all fans and gpu n hdd fans works. Includin psu. Psu paper clip test done. Its fine

Most likely a capacitor blew. You might have to buy a new motherboard. Try removing RAM cards and see if one of them blew.

I would suggest getting it tested or test it yourself start by the RAM, CPU and see if that remained undamaged. if so it might just be your Motherboard.
