Question Monitor Shows "No signal"

Few weeks back my pc started shutting down when playing games, Few days ago my monitor started showing "No signal".

I tought it was The PSU because i tried replacing GPU and it still didnt work. Today i bought a New PSU and still nothing.

It is not overheating or dust problem's, i have cleaned it multiple times and i ran program to See temperatures and it wasn't overheating

Currently i have:

GTX 1050 Ti 4gb
Amd Phenom tm II x4 965
3x2gb DDR2 and 1gb DDR2 (7gb RAM DDR2)
Last power supply: LC Power LC6550 v2.2 (Around 500W idk)
New power supply: LC Power LC600H-12 v2.31 (600W)
MB: MSI MS-7501 Ver.3.1 Socket AM2+

have you tried clearing system bios by pulling the bios battery from mobo well psu is unplugged and holding the power button on the case for 30s x2 times well everything is unplugged then reseating everything and booting?
