After 2 seconds screen goes black(power led stays on) and has to be powered off then on to work again for another 2 seconds. I took it apart and dont see any bulging capacitors, they all seem fine. On the back of the board a few of the capacitors contacts have corroded ?

Also, the monitor takes extremly long time to power on the first time, like 30 minutes, and then it works for 2 seconds.
This monitor has been repaired before with same symptoms but now I want to fix it again.
Any help would be appreciated.
