Monitor Signal Problem

I have a ryzen 5 1400, asus prime b350 m, and a rx 560. Everything turns on and all the parts work, but when i try to put in a display source my monitor says no signal. ive tried many ways and used a vga and an hdmi none work.... help

Do you have aux power connected to the video card?
Have you tried re-seating your video card?
Have you tried your monitor on a different PC?
A different monitor on your PC?

Ive tried all of those except the aux power one. I am decently unexpirienced with pc's so i may need help.
