Monitor sometimes turns on when i boot my pc, sometimes doesn't.

Hi, when i start my pc my monitor sometimes it doesn't. If it doesn't start i unplug all of the cables from my monitor and wait for like 5-10mins and then i plug them back in and all good. Is this a gpu related problem or monitor?

Guessing out of my a** here... monitor may have a power saving mode whereas it goes to sleep (able to be woken up by PC) then after a while shuts itself all off (can't be controlled by PC any more).

hmm, is there a way to disable it somewhere?
